When I moved to Oxnard in the late 1980's I knew this City had some unique qualities not found anywhere else in the land.  Calling California now now my home, I'm originally from the east coast  and I brought my eastern attitude and energy to the work that I do here. With the election done and over and the possibility ever so remote that I will pursue further politics, I devote this site to myself and the world I live in. President Reagan in his Century City office shows his picture of the five living Presidents to Bill and Marivic Winter during a private visit in July 1993. Bill had been a personal pen-pal with the President since Winter's days in the Seabees.

Always one for a good joke, President Reagan displays the bumper sticker given him by the Winters.
